Shadow people so they are called , are actually demons . In this scene of the accident, that fast, dark shadow is called a drop off demon from or for a person in the accident.
At 10:59, those are satellites. There are apps that will tell u when they are orbiting Earth close enough to see them without a telescope. Its pretty cool to see.
Can i just let you know, you can't just fly drones, over European countries and you are not allowed by law to fly drones over London, those lights in Eltham(which is not to far from in London) must be something unusual. There's always UFO's flying over London , I've been recording them for 14 years.
The blinking lights from Delaware look exactly like programmed drones, much like you see in half-time shows and such. The fog and clouds would amplify and disperse the lights to make them look like they're bigger than they are.

I watch on patrol live every weekend and have seen the shadow fly past regularly dunno what it is though.
With the lights in the sky thick clouds could be UFO uaps they tend to use thick clouds for cover
