im gonna cry i took them out to eat and put them back on and now idk how to push my jaw forward knowing the amount of pain it's gonna bring me im trying so hard but it wont get over the block and my mouth is stuck open 🙁 im glad u have gone thru it well u remove them so easily it takes me a few minutes and even longer to mentally prepare myself
I dont know if it's because i ate with mine in but i literally never take mine out unless im brushing my teeth and cleaning them out but im getting mine part-time tomorrow (November 17th) and i only got mine in on July 16th

And honestly they look good on you. They’ve definitely helped me a lot. Are you excited for your actual braces? I’ll need mine for much longer than you – like 3-4 more years, not just one. Hello, I have now had mine for 2 months ,videos have helped me a lot with getting use to them as I’m the only one in the whole year who has them ❤

When you first get them and can’t pronounce words like ‘s’ sounds, how long does it take for it to get back to normal or does it not?
