Wait Marlin was asking Emely to have an abortion when she's already 5 months pregnant!?? Excuse me??? You can't even have an abortion that late in the US unless there's a medical reason. WTH. They did this with pure ignorance. You can not have an abortion at 5 months. The mother and the baby will die. It’s too dangerous…unless it is a preterm birth. Now that’s different. After the 2 month mark you can not have an abortion. It’s crazy how ignorant so many people are in the Dominican Republic. I’m Dominican and I live in the US right now. I know! I know how they think. They just think survival and they worry about what people think about them. It’s the traditional way of thinking over there. It’s time for people to get educated and for things to advance in my country.

So had she survived and this gotten out,would she have been charged w the murder of the child? BUT IN THIS SITUATION he’s essentially not charged for that.

This so wrong about the mom did what she did she should be locked up as well she’s guilty the justice system is corrupt every were. I’ve notice that in august is the most killing month of the year. He should get punished inside the jail the mom as well crimes doesn’t go way even in the afterlife!
