He's was actually 1036 in the first episode, then he was 2042 years old and then after that machine that only goes forward he is now infinity years old.
I first learned about this in the Episode, "Neutopia" When bender tells them to set their watches to 5 years from now, and someone sets their watch from "3011" to "3016." Fry was unfrozen in the year 3000, so he's 36 years old biologically at the time of that episode.
At the beginning of Season 7A was a 3012 doomsday episode, so that makes him 37 in season 7. And undoubtedly Season 7B will be set in 3013 SO that'll make Fry 38 years old.
