I add milk to chi tea. I'm lactose intolerant though so I use almond milk instead of regular milk

Coffee: try Pablo’s Pride low acid and use an AeroPress, measure 10 – 15 grams per coffee grounds. Yes, it only makes one cup but so good. I have the same stomach issues.

Thanks for keeping me company Kori whilst colouring! Also, I hold my stress and tension in my shoulders and neck, can’t help it. Take care x

Hi Kori! Hope your neck and shoulders are better! I have arthritis in my neck and also suffer from shoulder pain. Neck stretches can help tremendously and you can probably find some on YouTube or ask your chiropractor. I also get relief from a cold pack I keep in the freezer. Amazon has one that can be used either hot or cold called Zen Therapy. It’s the closest I could find that’s like mine. I’ve bought many pads over the past 20 years and have found that those that have a high collar that provides relief for your neck plus is weighted enough that it stays in place are the best type! I use both hot and cold…it just depends. Hot might work for me but cold might work better for you. You’ll just want to try both and see which helps. Lastly there is an awesome tool called a TENS unit which has electrodes that you stick to your shoulders and then the unit sends pulses thru the electrodes to help loosen your muscles. Amazon has the TENS brand for around $30 which is a great price. Please let me know if you have any questions. Take care! ❤️

The mandalas are awesome! Love the frames around a central image, I have not seen something like that before.
I prefer in depth reviews, I don't care how long it takes until they come out. New products are always exciting and feel awesome so first impressions are not very informative to me. How they feel long term and potential faults or problems only turn up after a couple of uses, and that's what's more important to me.

What or where is the community tab? I am so grateful for all you do! I love your reviews and trust them.

I used to drink tea with milk until I was pregnant and it made me feel sick. I didn’t drink tea for ages after that but I now drink black tea without milk and love it. I’m not keen on flavoured teas but have had chamomile to try and help with my anxiety. But my favourite is black tea without milk :).
Also ignore thumbs down on face to face you’re gorgeous and I’m sure some people just thumbs down videos for the hell of it.

I too have stomach problems. I buy Lactose Free milk (whole milk) and your family will not be able to tell the difference in what they like to drink. You definitely can put milk in your black tea and try it in your green tea too. Hope you are able to heal and feel better.

I think you have a lovely channel and fingernails. If you search on YouTube “Dr. Joe Neck Stretches in Real Time” (15 minutes long), I think you would find it very helpful. Good luck. ❤️

I like your reviews when art has been done with the material and you talk about their complete performance even if it takes longer to come out. Swatches are nice and relaxing and I do watch them, but they do not tell us everything we would like to know to decide to buy a material or not. I wait for the complete reviews for that.
