I don't know why some of you are running water for Los Angeles. This guy is not lying. Los Angeles is a third world country. Everywhere you go, whether it be South Central, Hollywood, Venice Beach, homeless everywhere. Tents under the overpasses. And if people don't believe me, they need to check out the videos from German in Venice. He's got some great videos on what the beaches out there are like. Los Angeles is a cesspool.
