I used to live at Moeraki, my uncle owns one of the caravan parks there. Still only about 30 minute drive away. There's some huge caves and cave systems just down the beach as well.

All joking aside, the image at 5:25 of circular clouds over mountain ranges. The image is the beginning of a mesocyclone. If you watch its rotation it has classic mesocyclonic features.

I did see a Total Solar Eclipse in my Front Yard, an EF-5 Tornado, and Thundersnow.
