I don’t know which one was worse. I spent a long time as a consultant and had to fly at least twice per week. It was horrible. I saw what you see in this video and some more. The worst airports, by far, were Miami international (seems like all Miami residents love fights, women and men), La Guardia (all tough guys with a superiority complex), Las Vegas (people high, drunk and half naked, women in bikini), Houston. I heard a lot about Boston; but never had an issue there. We are all stressed in an airport; but I am not sure at what point people think all this makes it better
It is funny but at the same time sad to see these people with these stresses reactions. It is clear that they are not psychologically balanced. Many of these are people that are being treated with medication, and many misdiagnosed. I feel sorry for them. The lady in yellow puffer jacket must hate herself and that’s why she reacts so rudely and arrogant. She takes advantage of her color to bully others. And one should always take caution when being extreme with someone that has a dog in the plane. It can be an Emotional Suport dog and being harsh on them makes them became unbalanced. They didn’t need to have her off the plane when she had already conformed with putting the dog back inside the bag. This triggered a bad reaction that could have affected other passengers. It would be wiser and kinder for the flight attendant to understand she loved her dog and was trying to make it a bit more comfortable inside the plane. Maybe she was even afraid the dog could cry inside the bag and annoy other passengers. She had a bad reaction undoubtedly, but she didn’t need to be asked to leave at first. All could have been well if the flight attendant understood the dog was already back inside the bag.
