It is so obvious that that there is biased among the judges this year in MU.l 2023. Sad to know . Michelle Dee deserves at least to advance to top 5. Although she was not included in the top 5, all Filipinos should be proud of her doing her best to represent her country . Even other countries admire her. Sure better blessings will come rather than that crown from non credible MU organization. This will mark your organization from now on.

Nah. Filipinos are just bitter. There are 90 contestants and they act like theres only 10 and they act like Michelle Dee is the only contestant that is talented, confident, intelligent. Its understandable that this happened, the pageant wAS HELD in the latin region of the world. Im not aware of the composition of the judges, are the continents or regions of the world fairly represented? There were rumors that the latina/latino judges banded together so that the winner would be a latina also huddled together during the finals which is not allowed ?

We can’t really get rid of the biases. There are leaks of the long gown results where you can see some judges giving a low score to Philippines. Whereas the filam judge, even Iris who won in the Ph gave a 10 to Michelle. Judging is surely subjective and has biases. It is hard to separate biases most of the times. Hands down MMD deserved to be in the top 5. Nicaragua is sensational for real but Michelle deserved a higher rank.

For judges impartiality, after the top 20 announcement, they should announce the girl's name when she is competing. They can announce the country when announcing the results. And later publish the results.
The Filipinos need to get a grip on. During Pia's win, they were excusing the humiliating moment for Colombia as an honest mistake. I knew that if the roles were switched, they would have torn down Miss Universe back then. What hypocrites.
Although she's a super delegate, I don't think she could compete with Thailand or Nicaragua. She wouldn't win Miss Universe and her gown didn't help her radiate her look. Filipinos should ban Miss Universe. Everyone will be relieved with that. Pia should have won for Germany. Catriona for Australia. Philippines doesn't deserve these queens. And carnival award… Now recently they just said that MMD also won best national costume… Which is confusing to everyone… Someone who bagged the special award didn't make it to top 5 with a superb performance in swimsuit and long gown…. They also said the the camera man already focusing to MMD then suddenly Columbia was called… What I can say is that it's MU lost not MMD

This behaviour is ODD (& illegal) – as explained by our Ms. Catriona in her vlog. Although nothing is certain, this, however, is highly suspiscious – for us. She just broke a PROTOCAL FOR JUDGES!!! Another report says that this judge is very, very close to MUO owner, Mr. Anne. Did she conspired with Mr. Anne??? (Is another question for us.) The pageant is over… Our MMD only made it to Top 10… OK!!! But why announced the Best Evening Gown – awarded to MMD, after days have past??? Is this not another blunder to MUO management??? What merit does this award have, if it was announced and given to the winner AFTER THE PAGEANT??? THIS IS HIGHLY ANOMALOUS!!! IN ADDITION TO THE FACT THAT MMD GARNERED A TOTAL OF 4 SPECIIAL AWARDS and be dumped later to end only in TOP 10!!! I find your analysis very biased and off putting because you are completely biased for your compatriot. I think Miss Philippines got as far as she should have. Her short hair didn’t impact the way the winner’s shorter cut did. I am disappointed that Filipinos are having a hard time with this but as someone neither Nicaraguan nor from the Philippines the crown went to the woman it was destined for considering all her preparation.

In my personal opinion I didn't expect Michelle Dee to be in the Top 5. I didn't find her to be very feminine.

In my opinion, the final evening gown is one of the best gowns that ever graced the Miss Universe stage. It was worth a spot in the Top 5.
